Just a note to introduce myself, I am Nate Garrett Coffield, V I was born in Dallas Texas on March 17, 1986. Naturally, I am 23 years old and have recently moved to Chicago within the last year. I've found an apartment at 40 East Oak, a place for me to write the next great novel. Rather that is the plan. My family or for the last five generations have been running one of the largest private airlines in the northern hemisphere. It's an authority of itself and the board of directors do not have final say because of the family's stock ownership. It really does run itself or at least from my overview from the newsletter I get every month. While I am the next in line to take the family's seat on the board it's not without it's freedoms until that time to do what I want. Run away to New York and get lost in the great American dream, profit without responsibility or that is the impression the world has. I have some background in Political Science, but pull of staying in the fictional world I create on paper seems so much more fulfilling.
Being active is a big part of my routine, I have a gym here in the building and that is nice for taking it easy. I like to find things that challenge your mind and the body the same, that is why I love hiking, though sometimes my rock climbing can be just Cliff hanging I try my best. While my sister was playing off in the stables I took some time for tennis, though you aren't a real man if you don't play hockey. The smell of the ice, the weight of the gear and the stick in your hand. Now that is work out worth sweating for. I've kept all my teeth thankfully, there was one time I got a broke nose from a fight. It was worth it. I take pride in those types of battle scars any day. A writer, you ask how does an heir to a airline become a novelist? My question is, how could I not? The people I've come across being attached to this business have been as close to fake as I could ever pen. My desire lies more so in a graphic novel of sorts, yes I create comic books. You can have a really great artist to create the pictures you want to create with words and vice versa, however.. I do both. The craft keeps me late at night and has driven most of my relationships into the ground. I have a passion, who doesn't? What is the concept, well if I got into it now you would just think I'm paranoid. In a nutshell that is me... I will add to this when the New Year isn't so new anymore.
